This is strength and performance coaching for you, the cowboy{girl},  who wants to feel strong, confident, and capable of doing whatever job is thrown in front of you and your horse.

Your rides are not what you want them to be. You lack confidence and clarity on what you should be doing up there. You’re not jiving with your horse in the way you’d like to. Some days, you get off your horse feeling frustrated or annoyed (or both!). Heck, maybe you’re wondering if you should quit trying because you just can’t seem to get out of the rut you’re in. 

The truth is, you want so badly to be the teammate your horse deserves. You want to be able to show up for them and yourself. And you know the only way to do that is to up your game. You know it, and you’re ready for it.

Strength and performance coaching here isn’t just about being “fit”, it isn’t about sitting up with “perfect” posture or always having your hands in the right position. It’s about achieving balance, adaptability, effective communication and fluid motions that connect you with your horse as a partner so you can ride all day, you can get that calf roped, you can get the cow stopped before the bush, you can stay on when your horse spooks or trips in a hole. We do it so we can get our cowboy work done and enjoy it!

We dig into the nitty gritty of each foundational principle to achieving greater success in your riding on your own time and in your own space!

Private Coaching

So, you’ve got all the questions.

You’re wondering why this or that isn’t working for you (it seems to be working for everyone else!). You’re sick of being told that “putting your shoulders here", or  "sitting like this", or “getting after your horse more", is going to improve your riding but it really just feels awful - then this is the place for you.

With private coaching we really dive into what YOU, as an individual, need to set your own body up for success when you are on your horse (and off of course!). These sessions can occur in person or online, so your location is no problem!

Clinics and Speaking Engagements

Not sure if this strength & performance coaching thing is 100% for you? Dip your toes in with a clinic! The experience and the knowledge you'll take home will change the way you ride and interact with your horse.

You’ll go home with real answers to your questions. I’m not going to tell you “it doesn’t matter if you hit the dirt” (yes, I heard a clinician tell a client that once - and I’m sorry, but no one likes hitting the dirt, whether it hurts or not!). Instead you’ll learn how to actually sit your horse so that they can perform their job better!

I’m here for all the cowboy{girls} who just want to feel more confident in the saddle, and roping in the branding pen. For those who want to feel connected and in tune with their horse, balanced in their movements—not stiff-as-a-board or floppy-as-a-fish—and maybe even secretly ready to keep up with the boys!

I believe we are all capable of the things we dream of, we’re just sometimes missing some key pieces to the puzzle. It’s funny how finding one little thing can change so much in our confidence, in our ability to move with our horses, and in our ability to enjoy our time in the saddle. So let’s break things down.

Let’s get to the root of how your body is moving and working, so that we can put the pieces back together in a way that you can have fun while riding again, and you can keep up to your horse when they make the super awesome cow-saving moves!

The exercises she’s given me have helped me become a better rider, a stronger mother, and a more stable human both in mind and body.
