With over 15 years of experience, I combine a pretty dang good understanding of movement science with a passion for helping equestrians get any job done that's put in front of them and their horse. 

My credentials: I hold a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, specializing in sport performance, and I’m certified as a personal trainer (CSEP) and a strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA).

My philosophy: Progression is personal. I tailor every program to your unique needs, whether you’re working toward a better seat in the saddle or simply moving through life with more confidence and strength.

My promise: I’ll meet you where you are at, and together, we’ll get to where you want to be—both in and out of the saddle… mainly in though ;)
