I’m Janelle, a Strength & Performance Coach for equestrians. 

As a rider myself I’ve put into practice what I preach - the importance of a warmup. Pretty well every other athlete in every other sport has one. Let me tell you, it makes a big difference to your awareness of yourself, your horse, your environment, and your rope (or any other tool that you’re using). It makes a big difference to being able to use the muscles you want to use (and relax the ones you don’t).
