Whitney is a lifelong equestrian and health & wellness coach. She loves tequila and tacos, and is on a mission to help as many equestrians become strong & well fed.

She started her online equestrian wellness business in 2020 with one goal in mind: to help as many equestrians recover from burnout and learn to fuel their bodies so that they can become the most confident, strong, and well-fed versions of themselves.
