So...
Do you feel tightness or pain in your back while riding?
Have you ever caught yourself slouching in the saddle?
Do your back or hips feel stiff and uncomfortable after riding?
If you said "YES!" to any of these, then this training is for you!
As equestrians, we put so much care into our horse’s comfort and performance, but how often do we give ourselves that same attention?
You're not alone... Many riders struggle with back pain or mobility issues during or after a ride—and that shouldn't be the norm! When we compensate with poor posture, it affects not only our bodies but also our horses.
In this training, you'll get to know and understand the anatomy of your spine and why it plays a crucial role in your overall comfort and ability to ride well. You’ll learn how to care for your spine and body, helping you ride with more ease and mobility.
By the end of this training, you’ll better understand your body’s mechanics, how to reduce back pain, and how to support your horse by showing up in the best state possible.

I’m Janelle, and I’m a Strength & Performance Coach for equestrians.
As a rider myself, I have experienced back pain, not just while riding, but while performing everyday activities.
And as a coach, I meet many clients who struggle with back pain, tightness, and discomfort while riding. There are often multiple pieces to the puzzle, so I wanted to find a chiropractor who rides and could talk more about the spine—meet Kendle!
Good, because I've got answers!
