Physical Harmony Between

Horse & Rider

That feeling of being one with your horse? Ya, it's possible.

Does this sound like you?

You're noticing tension in your body when you ride.

Your horse feels unbalanced and/or you feel unbalanced.

You feel like you lack understanding of what's going on in your horse's body, and you don't understand what's going on in your body while you're riding.

You don't feel like you and your horse are getting along as well as you could be.

If it does sound like you, then keep reading!

As a rider, you have a huge impact on your horse, just as your horse has a huge impact on you. You are partners, each contributing to the relationship mentally, emotionally, and physically. When you harmonize together, amazing things can happen—but achieving that harmony takes effort.

So, how is this harmony achieved?

In this training, you'll be walked through the biomechanics of the horse-rider relationship. You’ll learn how your horse impacts your balance as a rider, and how your riding impacts your horse’s movement. You'll discover practical ways to improve the balance between you and your horse, ensuring a smoother, more harmonious ride.

By the end of this training, you'll have actionable tips to help both you and your horse find a balanced, neutral position that supports your goals as a rider.

Your Host

I’m Janelle, and I’m a Strength & Performance Coach for equestrians.

When it comes to riding, we are partners with our horses - or that’s my goal anyway!

When it comes to performing our best or problem solving, we need to look at how each of us - the rider and the horse - contributes to the relationship. It’s never just us and it’s never just our horse who is performing well, or struggling. This is why I enjoy working with equine body workers. They can help us pull what the horse is contributing to your ride. So, enjoy this webinar with myself and Jamie where we talk about both the rider side and the horse side of riding!
