Develop Your Ride While You Work

Do you spend a lot of time sitting at your computer?

Sitting in your tractor?

Sitting in your vehicle driving to clients?

Sitting on your horse?

Sitting, sitting, and more sitting.

Does any of this sound familiar?

Your lower back, shoulders, or hips ache after sitting all day

You catch yourself slouching at your desk or rounding your shoulders while driving

You're constantly feeling stiff or uncomfortable, even when you have been up moving around for a while

You feel stiff while in the saddle more often than you would like

If any of these scream "YES! This is me!" Then this training is for you!

So, what is the key to continue moving well and riding well when it feels like all you do is sit?

In this training, Janelle will guide you through understanding the mechanics of your body, especially during long hours of sitting, whether at your desk, in your vehicle, or in the saddle.

You'll learn how sitting for extended periods affects your body alignment, core stability, and movement patterns—and what you can do to prevent these issues from negatively impacting your work and your ride. With targeted exercises and body awareness techniques, Janelle will show you how to keep your body active and aligned, even while sitting.

By the end of this training, you will better understand yourself and the body you ride, work, and live in all day long.

Your Instructor

I’m Janelle, a Strength & Performance Coach for equestrians.

As a small business owner, I understand how hard it is to get up out of that chair to move in the middle of a big project.

I also know how easy it is to feel stiff and sore by the end of the day …  which always puts me in a mood (if you know, you know). I did this training for an equestrian small business conference called Bridle Up Your Business. In it I talk about things you can do to help your body make it through your work day.
